Harvest time

We had a crazy weather here, and the sugar is going up very quickly in the grapes.

We harvested the Muscat at 30 Brix, and the Viognier at 24.6 yesterday. Tomorrow we'll harvest the Syrah and the Tempranillo.

I give a big thank to the fire department who came and helped for free (for only few bottles of wine).

Nous avons eu un temps fou ici, et le sucre monte très vite dans les grappes de raisin.

Nous avons récolté le Muscat à 30 Brix, et le Viognier Hier à 24.6.  Demain nous vendangeons le Syrah et le Tempranillo.

Je donne un grand merci aux pompiers qui sont venus nous aider pour rien (ou juste quelques bouteilles de vin).
