Wine:Trebbiano d’Abruzzo 2014 – Italy – Acidic, on the dry side, and medium body. Notes of apple, pears, peach, honey, and smoke.

Food Pairing: Gina did a grilled Bratwurst on the BBQ with Sauerkraut and apples, drizzled with honey…and here you are. Served with some cauliflowers, a salad and her freshly made sourdough bread.

Saucisse Bratwurst and Choucroute

Vin: Un Trebbiano d’Abruzzo 2014 – Italie – Acide, plutôt sec, et corps moyen. Des notes de pommes, de poires, et de pêches, de miel et de fumée.

Accord Mets: Gina a fait des saucisses Bratwurst grillées sur le barbecue avec de la choucroute et des tranches de pommes, et arrosé de gouttelettes de miel…et voila. Le tout servi avec du chou-fleur au four, une salade et son pain au levain qui sort du four.
